Chris specialises in criminal law. Chris has a depth of experience gained from being at the forefront of criminal defence litigation for in excess of 15 years. Chris advises upon and appears in Court in relation to all aspects of criminal law (including but not limited to allegations involving drugs, traffic related matters (such as “drink driving”), offences of violence, sexual assault (rape), robbery, manslaughter, murder, corporate crime, fraud and copyright infringement).

Prior to being called to the NSW Bar Chris enjoyed a diverse range of experience as a solicitor, including as in-house counsel with BBC Worldwide (London). Drawing on his copyright experience with the BBC Chris has a rare wealth of experience regarding the alleged criminal aspects of copyright infringement. Chris continues to appear in commercial and corporate matters. Chris draws upon that experience and knowledge of the law in dealing with alleged sophisticated corporate crime and complex matters of alleged fraud.
